This custom built home, known as Villa Encantada, is a rare and private jewel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and located right on Jaco Beach. This property features a magnificent courtyard and free-form pool and lush tropical gardens.

The Mediterranean style villa was designed and built with local rock, marble, teak and cypress to achieve a natural flow of materials to compliment the surrounding beaches and rain forests.

Spanish and Tuscan style details are included throughout the home which adds to its charm. The villa has approximately 4,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 4,000 square feet of beautiful patios, courtyards and outdoor dining areas that overlook the Pacific Ocean.

Four bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom; fully-equipped kitchen, wireless Internet, free international telephone calls via the Vonage (VOIP) phone system, two car garage, outdoor shower and daily housekeeping all combine to create a fabulous, luxury retreat.
