The Bikram Yoga Studio was built 20 years ago and recently refurbished, is naturally lit as the sun penetrates through all the glass doors and illuminates the wood flooring. The ambiance is one of tranquility and peace, making it an ideal location for a holistic yoga experience. As yoga teacher Mark Drost explains, “There weren’t many places offering Bikram Yoga, so this was a great opportunity for us to bring it here.” Drost has taught over in 50 studios in the U.S. and around the world and is a senior member of the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training Staff.
