We got back home today. We really enjoyed our trip to Costa Rica. Beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and very nice people.
Thank you very much for arranging our transfers. Edwin, Rubier and Carlos did a great job. They were all early/on time, friendly and professional, and willing to answer all our questions about Costa Rica. Not having to drive certainly eliminated all stress during our trip.
We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Costa Rica. We will definitely keep Mead Brown in mind not just for transportation but also for other needs we may have for a future trip.

Full disclosure, I am a travel agent: While my wife and I consider ourselves sophisticated travelers i.e. 6 continents to date, traveling to a new destination is always an unknown. With the assistance of Mark Mead and MeadBrown our visit was one we will always remember and appreciate. From the initial planning to the wheels up upon departure, a seamless experience and service which truly rivals that of most 5-star resorts.
Upon landing in San Jose we opted to have our own car. The MeadBrown team not only provides directions, even included options where to eat along the way as well as warnings of potential speed traps. Upon arrival we had booked a villa within the Los Suenos community. While the physical lodging was quite impressive (understated luxury), it was the service which was truly the icing on the cake. The welcome basket, wine, the stocked refrigerator (with various juices and edibles), the orientation and a personal favorite, the golf cart to travel to the marina area for meals if we desired.
Mark and his team was also instrumental in arranging various tours including a Rainforest and offered advice when we decided to head over to Jaco Beach on our own to explore. As a travel agent I usually travel anonymously and with my spouse as I want to be sure the service I receive will be the same for my clients. I am proud to advise I suggest Mark Mead and MeadBrown to clients and my peers in the industry. While there are many vendors in Costa Rica and I assume many are very good, I believe Mark Mead and MeadBrown truly set the standard for which others should strive to attain.
Just wanted to drop a note, now that we are home, to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at Casa Romantica. The trip was a TOTAL success for my family. My wife and three children had a great time. A few short notes….
The orientation tour with Don of Vacation Buggy was outstanding. He was so personable and made us immediately comfortable with the surroundings and the highlights of Quepos and Manual Antonio. He helped with restaurant recommendations (which all turned out great) and provided help on ATM usage (which came in handy) and he told us a lot about the area and history. We would not have started our week so well without that starting tour. It was great! Don was great!
The tours you lined up were all SUPER HUGE HITS. The family LOVED every single one. The ATV tour was really enjoyed by the kids. The white water trip with Unique Tours (Kannuto and Ezikiel) was my highlight. The horseback trip was terrific and the guides were great to the family. The Eco Tour thru the park with Mop was a highlight too. So glad we arranged the private tour. The last day, my wife and two of the kids went on the zip line and waterfall repel trip and thought IT was their favorite. Two of the trips provided pictures that were outstanding and were a great way to have the activities captured by someone outside the family group. We have some terrific photos now.
The house was amazing. We loved staying there and tried to treat it with respect as if it were our own. It is a lovely place. Juan and Flor were terrific and met every need we had. So pleasant and so polite. Your help with the tours and updates and changes was most appreciated.
All in all a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to others. On the plane home, everyone agreed this was one of the best family vacations ever.

My family and I would like to share our review regarding our extraordinary vacation in Costa Rica arranged through and managed by Mark Mead and his team at Mead-Brown.
First, Mark Mead (and his team) of Mead-Brown provided my family and me with the best vacation that we have ever experienced, and we have traveled to many places around the globe. If you want elegance, supreme convenience without any hassles whatsoever, adventure when you want it, pure relaxation, phenomenal dining and a team that is literally at your beckon call, then Mark Mead is your man!
While perusing Conde Nest Traveler magazine, I came across an impressive review about Mr. Mark Mead, co-owner of Mead-Brown in Costa Rica. The wonderful review and favorable comments are very well-deserved. He and his business partner, Michael Brown, along with their staff, live in Costa Rica and handle virtually every detail of the vacation. After reading about them in Conde Nest Traveler, I researched the internet on Trip Advisor, general information sites regarding travel, as well as their own site at meadbrown.com
Then, I e-mailed Mark. He was expeditious, friendly and professional in all of his responses. He answered all of my questions and gave outstanding advice on all aspects of the vacation. Per my request, he suggested a five bedroom villa for the seven members in my family. This villa, named Sietemietros, is built into the mountainside within a coveted area of Herradura (near Jaco) on the Pacific Coast and enjoys full amenities of the adjacent Marriott Los Suenos Resort.
A driver was waiting for us at San Jose International Airport in an air-conditioned Mercedes van for the 90 minute drive to our villa. Our driver, Martin, was our first “contact” in Costa Rica, and he was terrific! He speaks Spanish and English and gave us great information. My son said that he saw a “famous” bridge over a river” on television which was home to a slew of crocodiles, so Martin made sure to stop by that very same bridge so that we could get a look at the incredibly large and numerous crocodiles.
When we got to Herradura, Mark was waiting for us in his office on Saturday. He and the owner of the villa met us there and brought us to the villa. WOW! What a villa! It is phenomenal with breathtaking views of the ocean and rainforest just beyond the villa’s own infinity edge beautiful large pool! There is a large living room and kitchen with panoramic uninterrupted views of the infinity edge pool and the mountainside and ocean beyond, five bedrooms, at least five bathrooms, a large media room for all of our family to stretch out at the same time and to be comfortable. The entire house is air-conditioned with individual controls for each bedroom, the media room, and the living room/kitchen. The villa is an architectural masterpiece, contemporary in design and décor. Simply stated, it is a spectacular villa with a housekeeper who lives in a separate part of the villa along with her son who is the groundskeeper, pool maintenance man as well as bar-tender. The mother/son team is there every day. The housekeeper performs daily housekeeping discreetly and completely. Her son makes drinks while you are in the home or at poolside or in the pool: whenever! His specialty is “Mohitos” (spelling?). He also ensures that the pool is crystal clear and clean and that the grounds are beautiful. Everyone was incredibly nice and had smiles virtually all of the time! If you want “WOW” factor for your vacation, this is the place! I have yet to experience an entire week of perfection in my life, but this place came pretty darned close! The only issue was the air conditioning in the living room/dining room area was not sufficient for the large space given the fact that the open air window/doors which are all glass providing the panoramic views, heated the room up too much. So, we mentioned it, and Mark stated to me that the owners are going to take our suggestion and put another air-conditioner in the area. Mark also made sure that we were given what I consider to be an appropriately generous reduction in the rental fee for the home. I want to stress that the rest of the home was perfectly air-conditioned including all of the bedrooms and the huge media room! With the addition of the extra air-conditioner, this villa will be truly PERFECT!
Mark secured a team of chefs for our six days and nights who prepared scrumptious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These are professional chefs. The two principal partners are Jose and Gustavo. Usually one of them along with one of their helpers, either Alexander or Elwin, were in the villa starting at our requested times, depending on the day, but usually between 7am and 8 pm. Therefore, there were always at least two chefs in the kitchen all day long! They prepared the incredible full breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as afternoon snacks. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious! They set the table, did all of the shopping for the food/drinks, prepared all of the food, cleaned everything up in the kitchen as well as the dining table and left snack food for any late night snacks that we may wish to have. Gustavo went so far as to notice that my 76 year old mother took her medication pills in the morning. The second morning, she didn’t have them at the breakfast table, so he discreetly asked her if she needed to take medication just as she had done the prior morning. He just wanted to make sure that she hadn’t forgotten! Every morning, he made sure that she took her medication, very politely and very discreetly. Also, my 13 year old son didn’t eat the salad during our first dinner (even though it was always an incredibly delicious and beautifully presented salad, he just doesn’t like salads.) So, Gustavo discreetly asked my son if he would prefer not to have salad. So, every night at dinner thereafter, Gustavo would give a different appetizer to my son which he would eat with a huge smile on his face! The food was incredible! These guys made amazing ceviche, tuna carpaccio, tuna tartare, filet mignon, lobster, shrimp, chicken, amazing salads, incredible fruit dishes, and extraordinary desserts including the most amazing coconut flan I have ever tasted! These four chefs were simply outstanding, and they were perfectly professional, friendly, happy and eager to prepare anything and everything that we had asked for. If we wanted something and it wasn’t already there, they went out and got the ingredients, and soon there it was for us in final perfect form for us to indulge our gustatory desires! From food to beverages, to alcoholic drinks/concoctions: this was culinary bliss!
The zip-line excursion, ATV excursion and aerial tram excursion were a blast: phenomenal fun! Mark booked all of them per my request, and ensured that we were driven in style to all locations and back to the villa without my having to worry about a thing. I didn’t have to make one single call as the drivers were always at the right place at the right time without any problems whatsoever!
Once again, Mark Mead and his team at Mead-Brown are exceptional at providing the highest level of professional and personable management in high-end Costa Rican vacations. He and his team have our highest recommendations! If we needed anything, they were just a phone call away. If we changed our plans for the day or part of the day, Mark managed it immediately and perfectly! If we wanted to go somewhere that we hadn’t previously discussed, then he would have a driver in a Mercedes pick us up immediately! I never had to worry about anything, not even one time!
On behalf of my wife, two sons, soon-to-be daughter-in-law, mother, mother-in-law and myself, I want to thank Mark Mead of Mead-Brown as well as his entire team for the most outstanding, turn-key, beautiful, incredibly superlative vacation that we have ever experienced!

We want to thank you for a wonderful vacation. Villa Encantada was truly lovely … I never believed it would be as nice as the pictures but it really was. The yoga instructors were terrific and a highlight of our trip. Also, while both chefs gave us good meals, we all agreed that the second crew were by far the best. The guys all felt that the quality of surfing was perfect so in the end, we felt it was a very good choice.
From the moment we got to the San Jose airport, our trip was fantastic. Martin, the driver, was ready to take us to Vista Las Palmas and provided incredible knowledge on things not to miss during our stay (if it’s daylight, be sure to ask stop at the alligator bridge)!
Upon arriving at “Unforgettable” at Vista Las Palmas, we were blown away by how amazing it was. The wrap around terrace was gorgeous and provided breathtaking views of the entire Jaco Beach, as well as a great spot for watching the daily sunsets! It was amazing to wake up and hear the ocean every day.
We spent most of our time laying by the pool and enjoying the gorgeous view of the beach/ocean. However, the location couldn’t have been better. We were a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shops in town, while still conveniently located to make the trip to Manuel Antonio (a must – be sure to do the monkey tour on your way back!).
The daily housekeeping service was phenomenal and allowed us to truly enjoy a vacation – we didn’t even have to do the dishes and every day when we returned to the unit, it was spotless!
Overall, all of the services provided – facilitating our airport shuttles, organizing activities, stocking the pantry, etc – were more than I could have asked for.
The Mead Brown team really made this an “Unforgettable” vacation and I can’t wait to plan my next trip to Costa Rica and stay with them again!
Had a great time on the White Water Raft Trip today. Excellent operator! Thanks for setting this up with these people. I would highly recommend to anyone. This was the first time for me and my wife. One of the best family outings we’ve had on vactions over the years. The longer trip that we took was better. Others finished before lunch. We had lunch on the river and then another hour of rafting. Perfect amount of time on the river.
Just wanted you to know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jaco. The accommodations were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better welcome from Nancy.

We used Mead Brown for airport transfers to Los Suenos and for booking adventures, everything was seamless – everyone was on time, friendly, and accommodating, I’d do it again in a heart beat.
Thanks Mark, we went white water rafting today on the Pancure river, had a great time we are all really worn out form it though. Your driver that picked us up from the airport yesterday was fantastic, a really funny guy, spoke english very well and really catered to our needs.

The Del Mar Pacifico was amazing! The views were out of this world, and the ameneties were just the same. I enjoyed staying in the condos much more than the resort itself… you can still order room service, get house keeping, and enjoy the pools/views with the comfort of being in a luxurious “home”. The washer and dryer came in handy and so did the large refigerator when you have to-go boxes. The air conditioner was always blasting on cool which was AMAZING! You have no idea the humidity and heat are that intense until you step foot in the country, and having the air that cold in our condo was unbelievable. Mead Brown were extremely kind and helpful. I would absolutely book this condo and book through them again!
Los Suenos was amazing! We went for our honeymoon and it was exactly what we wanted. It was quiet, beautiful views, lovely staff, close to a lot of fun things to do. We used Mead Brown to book our travels and they were great. They were honest, professional and helped with any and all questions. They booked all of our adventures and had a car service ready for us if we needed. The 3 bedroom 2 bath condo we got had the most unbelievable view of the rainforest and the ocean. We could see the sunrise and set everyday. We sat outside on our balcony every day. Our condo also came with a golf cart that we used to go around the resort in. It truly was a awesome honeymoon. I highly recommend this resort and Mead Brown for your travel arrangements. We already want to plan our next trip!!!

OMG…the place was amazing!! We were treated like royalty. The grounds and sights were breathtaking. Thank you Mr Mead and Mr Brown! Y’all (haha) are the best. The condo was top notch…the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed after our long days of fishing. We are looking at properties there to buy now. This was very private, yet…we felt like we belonged here. Good food, nice people, fantastic fauna, good fishin’…the resort is fanominal! This is heaven. I can not say enough positive things about working with Mead Brown as well as staying at Vista Las Palmas. Michael greeted us upon arrival and was great to work with.
I had reserved the unit “Yin” and it blew my expectations out of the water. The unit is BEAUTIFUL. Yin has every amenity you could ever need. Housekeeping comes every day except Sundays. They go far and beyond to make sure your “Costa Rica Experience” is everything you wanted it to be.
Michael helped organize all of our transportation needs, as well as give us the “inside scoop” of great restraunts and places to go near and around Jaco.
Vista Las Palmas is a fabulous beach front property. The easy beach access was perfect for surfing! It is safe and secure as well as within walking distance to the grocery store, restraunts, bars, ect. Mead Brown accomodated our every need in a very timely manner.
I will absolutely be returning to stay at Vista Las Palmas and hope to work with Michael and the Mead Brown team again!
We had a large group with diverse interests, and several friends recommended Los Suenos. We stayed in a villa with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The rooms and bathrooms are large, luxuriously decorated, The kitchen was nice and the living room opened up onto the patio that overlooked the ocean and a beautifully manicured lawn. We had all of the amenities you’d expect in an American hotel- wireless internet, central a/c. It was a nice place to use as a base for different activities.
The company that arranged all of our activities, Mead Brown, was exceptional. They put together an incredible custom itinerary that accommodated everyone’s interests, and responded immediately to the smallest concern. They were always available and willing to help us with anything, including spending an entire day trying to get my husband a different flight home. They arranged our transportation when we were staying at a different resort. I will work with them again when we next go to Costa Rica and I highly recommend their services to anyone.
Overall, it was a great family vacation.

We absolutely did have a wonderful trip, and you guys as a team made it very special, in spite of the last minute scrambling on my side. Upon waking from our first night at Villa Encantada (which met evry conceivable expectation), Mark added to our intial positive impressions when he offered to drive us to get my son’s surfboard dings fixed within minutes after a rough flight. Nancy was quite responsive all week long.
The meals by Jhonny were wonderful. We were all quite impressed by Edwin.
Emmanuel our driver was incredible. Very, very high class, friendly, thoughtful and responsible. He also befriended my son and surfed with him on three different occasions, and I can honestly say that the Costa Ricans may even be catching up with the Californian beach boys on the waves – but not quite – ha ha!

Our vacation experience was beyond excellece due to the caring professinal staff at Mead Brown. We dealt with Michael and found that no request was too difficult for him. We had 3 children in tow with us so our needs were sometimes a bit special. We fell in love with Costa Rica and the wonderful people. It is not a question “if” we’ll be back but rather “when’ we’ll return.

Thank you so much for making our first visit to Jaco a wonderful success! The condo at VLP was amazing & totally felt like home especially since our main mission was to relax and decompress. We were able to do that without having to worry about planning a thing or making any major decisions on our own in an unfamiliar area.
You guys thought of everything~ how great to be greeted by the welcome basket after such a nice drive from the airport with Juan Carlos! Our massages at Villa Caletas were fabulous overlooking the rainforest; your restaurant recommendations were terrific (enjoyed bubba’s fish tacos twice!!) and the surf right outside the condo was awesome.
We are looking forward to returning with family and enjoying more of the adventures that you offer. Don’t be surprised if you have an influx of folks from South Florida contacting you– all of our friends were excited to hear about our trip!

I would like to thank Michael and his staff for helping make our trip a success for everyone involved. The condo was great; clean and with a great balcony view. They arranged a crib for my 15 month old son. The maids seem to have alot of fun playing “peek a boo” with him everyday. Thank you Michael and Nancy for setting us up with Raul the turtle guide. My 12 year old son and I were able to relocate 193 Ridley turtle eggs to a nursery where they will have a better opportunity to make it back to the ocean. The highlight of this excursion was when we were able to see and touch an actual Ridley turtle on her way back to the ocean after laying her eggs. It was an experience that I and especially my son will never forget. My son is going to try and get his 6th grade science class involved and collect supplies for the scientists and volunteers involved in this project. We had such a great time, thank you Mead Brown we will go nowhere but Costa Rica from now on. PURA VIDA!!!

I wish to express my utmost thanks for all your tiresome work, patience and utmost service you and your staff provided to me, my new wife and our families for our tropical wedding week adventure in Costa Rica. Everything was perfect!
Now that we have returned to California, we are still receiving unsolicited compliments on a daily basis from our families who stayed at the Vista Las Palmas condos. “The condos were beautiful, roomy, contemporarily designed, super clean and centrally located to town”, and during their stay, they felt “rich and important, and “what a breath taking view!” Naturally, I expected nothing less following my experience at my initial stay at your penthouse at Vista Del mar in December.

Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been! Michael and Mark made the vacation completely stress-free and wonderful. Finally!! A vacation where you can let someone handle your every detail and never need to worry about a thing except what time you want to wake up in the morning. From the minute we landed we were greeted with smiling faces and treated like royalty. Whenever we needed something, surfing lessons, dinner reservations or just suggestions for local hangouts MeadBrown was there. We surfed, we zip lined, we hit a grand slam on Clean Sweep, we drank, laughed, and cried when we left. If you are looking for someone to be your “Guy on the Ground” these guys deliver. One day of fishing and we scored a grand slam! The minute we walked out of the airport in San Jose everything came together beautifully. 1st class service and prompt accommodating for all of our requests. MeadBrown made our first visit to Costa Rica the beginning of a tradition we hope to continue for years to come.
From the moment we touched down we knew we were in good hands. Michael made sure we taken care of. From transportaion with Johnny, to fishing aboard Clean Sweep with Christian and his crew, and surfing with Diego. In a vacation industry full of over promising and under delivering, MeadBrown was spot on with everything. If you’re truly looking to vacation and have the details taken care of Michael and Mark are the people to deal with. I say World Class because I’m not sure what the next level above is!

Surfing lessons with Costa Rica’s champions?!!! YES! MeadBrown made it happen. Our teenage children–young adults!–were thrilled. Lisbeth and Diego are not only champion surfers and a very cute couple, they are champion instructors; everyone got up on their first lesson.
Everything MeadBrown arranged for us was superb: the horse back riding, white water rafting, sea kayaking, Manual Antonio Park, the cooks/chefs, JuanCarlos the driver!, even Scottie and Guiness the office dogs were the best.
Mark and Michael really invest themselves into giving every guest personal attention and personal service. Even though we were there over New year’s Eve week (a busy time I understand), it was as though we were their only guests (there were many other happy meadBrown guests…we met them at the pool, in restaurants, all over the resort, in Jaco and Manual Antonio).
We’re sending everyone to MeadBrown. None better and darn few as good! Thank you for everything!
Mead Brown rocks! You guys thought of everything…every detail. it’s remarkable how smoothly you were able to make things work. you seemed to anticipate our every need and wish. your attention to detail, logistics and pacing (one day on the water, one day in the jungle, etc.) were perfect.

Casa Mono Loco really is paradise..we saw Toucans, Scarlet Macaws and critters. We rarely left the villa because we did not need to! Thank you for helping make our family Christmas special; we will be back and we’ll send others. Your service really is all that you promise.
Yesterday we caught 4 sailfish, 2 blue marlin, 2 yellowfin tuna. What a perfect day. thnaks for putting it all together for us.

Everything was so well organized! It was our best vacation ever…the villa blew us away. Such a beautiful view and the gift basket was a really nice and welcoming touch after our long day of travel.
You guys thought of everything, even soap for the washing machine! We saw monkeys almost every day. We cannot wait to come back and to tell our friends.

The planning of our dream vacation was as easy as enjoying it thanks to all of the arrangements made by Mead Brown. We were greeted at the airport by Juan Carlos and driven to Los Suenos. The scenery was as pleasant as learning about Costa Rica and chatting with our driver, Juan Carlos.
We stayed in Del Mar Blue 3-J and was taken aback by the awesome view it had of the ocean, rain forest, marina, golf course and 2 swimming pools. The balcony was peaceful as we enjoyed drinking our coffee and watching the hummingbirds in the morning. Everything was taken care of for us and all we had to do was relax and follow our well-planned itinerary by Mead Brown.
We were picked up by our very friendly driver, Rubier and was driven to our Crocodile Adventure. This was a very fascinating and amazing adventure! We also went on the Canopy/Zip-Line tour through the rain forest one day. This was as exciting as we thought it might be. The people were very safety conscious and were willing to take as much time as we wanted to practice zip-lining and didn’t rush us whatsoever the whole time during our visit. We really got to enjoy the scenery and our whole experience.
Mead Brown also arranged for our family to visit Manuel Antonio Nation Park and the beautiful beaches there. It was so much fun to actually get to play in the waves and the warm ocean. Certainly nothing like the Pacific Ocean we live nearby in Oregon!
Leaving no stone unturned, MeadBrown also arranged some other fabulous tours. We went on a horseback ride with breathtaking views. Our girls especially got a kick out of our guides who cut down a huge banana leaf for a tablecloth and then sliced a delicious fresh pineapple for us to enjoy along with bottled water as we enjoyed the view and took a break before making our way back to the stable.
We also went on a thrilling white water rafting trip. The tour company MeadBrown used was great. They picked us up early in the morning and drove us to Quepos where the tour company provided breakfast and we drove up the river to where we began our white water rafting trip. Our two daughters had never done anything like this before and are still talking about it!! It was so much fun! We have these wonderful memories captured on a CD that we purchased of many photos that were taken of us white water rafting down the river. Afterwards the tour company also provided a very tasty lunch of chicken breast, rice & veggies.
We wpent our last day taking in the culture of Costa Rica walking around the nearby town of Jaco, shopping for souveniers and eating lunch. We would have never even known where to begin planning such an organized, eventful and unforgettable trip.
Thank you MeadBrown for your A-1 class, service, hospitality and attention to detail. You certainly know how to do it right!! We have been talking about this trip non-stop and can’t wait for our family and friends to book a trip through you to Costa Rica and be treated the way we were! Our time at the Los Suenos resort was unforgettable. Purda Vida!!

I marlin fish all over the world—and have stayed in a wide range of places. The condo at Luxe Loft—-Michael opened the door and all I said was “Wow!!”. The entire trip was that way in Costa Rica.
The Vista Mar penthouse is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The view is breathtaking, the location ideal, the staff helpful, and Mark was extremely accomodating. He helped fulfil our every need whether it be as small as giving us coolers for the beach or as large as finding a friend to charter a boat. Thanks for such a wonderful time in an unbelievable place.

Michael and Mark are fabulous hosts! They helped us pack multiple activities into our trip despite the fact we were only in Costa Rica for a few days. They arranged all of our activities from zip lining through the rain forest to snorkeling and visiting Manuel Antonio National Park. And of course, needless to stay, Los Suenos is absolutely beautiful. Thank for everything!
Michael and Mark deliver on their promise of first-class service. At the last minute, I booked a villa, roundtrip helicopter transfers, fishing, chef and more for my company’s CEO. He was thrilled with everything and I was the heroine for pulling the trip off without a hitch. If attention to detail and getting it right are important, Mead & Brown are the way to go. When I rented the Penthouse at Vista Mar online, I had no idea how gorgeous the place would be and how great the view. Michael Brown was so helpful with our group to assist us with organizing some ideas for activities. We had a spectacular time in Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Carrara, horseback riding at Hacienda Agoujas and snorkeling at Isla Tortuga (although the company was wondeful the snorkeling itself was not the best, but still a relaxing and wonderful experience.

The Vista Mar on Jaco beach was one of the nicest, most secure places I have ever been to and the Penthouse Mead Brown rented out was unbelievable! Michael was more then willing to accommodate any of our needs as well as set up any trip we wanted. All the adventures of the rain-forest and ocean were only one easy call away. Mead Brown displays unparalleled service and accepts nothing less then first class.

I have never taken a trip without any worries, until I came to Costa Rica and booked through Mead Brown. Michael and Mark took care of our every need – from airport transfers via Mercedes to Canopy tours to hand delivering a grill for a cookout! A stress free week, no doubt.

Michael was truly very efficient in responding to our emails and finding us a beautiful 3 bedroom for our family of 5. He arranged some great trips and transportation.
The welcome basket was terrific after our long travels. Our fridge was stocked with the food we had requested and he was personally there to greet us!

Just a short note from the guys (Terry, Ray, Harry and me, Bill) to thank you for a great trip. We especially liked the condo and it’s location. The maids also were great. We loved the basket of goodies and the pineapple even though we didn’t cut it. The coffee and other provisions were much appreciated.
The fishing bookings turned out good, too. The Macushla crew treated us the best as far as food and service. Both boats found fish and knew what they were doing.
And finally the trip back to the airport with Juan Carlos of Pacific Coast was first class. The van was nice as was he. And the driving was just fine. The nut who brought us over to the resort should be avoided for future bookings!

Bay Residence was beautiful, arrangements were excellent and complete, fishing was great. Twelve Sails, five Dorado and one large Tuna over three days. We’ll definitely be back.
